Personal data collected and processed by Redsen

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person constitutes personal data. A person is considered “identifiable” when they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or one or more elements specific to them.

Redsen collects personal data through:

  • cookies
  • forms completed and submitted on the website

Via forms, the personal data collected by Redsen include:

  • Personal and professional contact details: first name, last name, email address, telephone number, company name, country and job title
  • Information used to assess applications or contact requests: number of years of experience, documents usually attached (CV and cover letter), and any personalised message left by the user

Forms are created using the Gravity Forms plugin and allow users to submit a contact request, a quotation request or access content (white papers, webinar replays, quiz results, etc.).

Contact requests are retained for the time necessary to respond to you. These data are stored in the database for commercial purposes only if you consent by ticking the consent box at the bottom of the form.

In all cases, the personal data processing carried out by Redsen is limited to the data necessary to achieve the purposes set out in this Privacy and Cookie Policy.
